“I am in charge of many of the behind-the-scene responsibilities but my favorite is being able to interact with clients and building rapport. Everyone who files a WC claim has gone through some sort of traumatic, devastating, or often life altering event. Some more severe than others. Speaking with clients and being immersed in their story allows me to support them through this complicated and often arduous process.”

– Blake Cherry

As client relations specialist, Blake assists with the client intake process for prospective clients, troubleshoots technical difficulties prior to depositions and mediations, sends contracts to new clients, schedules appointments, and answers incoming calls.

Prior to joining the Benzo Law family, Blake worked as a victim advocate with the Fulton County District Attorney’s Office. Her role included informing victims of crime of upcoming court hearings, educating clients on the criminal justice process and procedures, attending court with victims, scheduling interviews with the victims and attorneys, reading victim impact statements to the court on victims’ behalf, as well as sending correspondences to victims on behalf of the attorney.

It is this spirit of advocacy she brings to Benzo Law.

Blake received a BS in Criminal Justice/Criminology from Georgia Gwinnett College in 2017.

Blake loves discovering new cafes with friends. She is a nature lover and enjoys spending time with her family.
