Alexus’ responsibilities as a Legal Assistant include assisting the lead attorneys in document preparation, communicating with Insurance Adjusters/Defense Counsel, communicating directly with clients, filing documents with the State Board of Workers’ Compensation, and assisting with administrative tasks. 

Prior to joining the Benzo Law family, Alexus worked as a Retail Store Associate at CVS Pharmacy in South Carolina for 3 years. She is well versed in customer service and maintaining customer satisfaction. 

Alexus graduated from the University of South Carolina with a B.A. in English and a Minor in African American Studies. 

She enjoys reading, traveling, and trying new foods.
